Orders, Subscriptions, And Payments

Product pricing, availability, shipping, taxes, subscription cadence, discounts, and promotional offers may change. Final order totals are confirmed server-side at checkout. Subscription controls available in your account or through support may include pause, resume, cadence, quantity, payment method, and cancellation options, depending on the subscription.

Automatic Renewal And Subscription Billing

Some products are offered as subscriptions that renew automatically. When you start a subscription, you authorize Ultra Healthy Human and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence and price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel. Subscriptions continue automatically until you cancel them. You can pause a subscription, change its cadence or quantity, update your payment method, or cancel it at any time from your account or through support. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the current cycle is not refunded or prorated. If the price of a subscription changes, we will provide notice before the new price applies to a renewal. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information current.

Refunds And Fulfillment

Refunds, replacements, shipping updates, and order changes are handled case by case through Ultra Healthy Human support. Some products, opened items, time-sensitive orders, or fulfilled services may be limited by health, safety, payment, or fulfillment constraints.

Shipping And Returns

Standard shipping is a flat $6.00 for orders under $50.00 and free for orders of $50.00 or more, before applicable taxes; final shipping and tax are confirmed at checkout. To request a return, replacement, or refund, contact Ultra Healthy Human support. Requests are reviewed case by case, and we may decline returns of opened, used, perishable, or time-sensitive products, or of fulfilled services, for health, safety, or fulfillment reasons. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

The site design, text, graphics, product presentation, protocols, guides, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Ultra Healthy Human. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
